He entered on a Fake passport to apply for asylum as he escaped after being tortured in Jordan.
Since them he has commited no crime in the UK
And his last hearing the Judge said the evidence against him supplied by Jordan was extremely thin.
Do we really want to be seen as a nation with a similar Human Rights record to that of say Belorus.
