You said he should have hung around to claim the evidence used against him was improper, but it wouldn't have been improper, it would have been permissible. Oh dear, are you now trying to argue this whole thing hasn't been about torture? This should be fun. Go, explain how it isn't about torture. Why the issue with the ECHR article six? Why have the UK and Jordan had to sign a treaty over it?
