It's what San Andreas should have been. Nudging Vice City of the number 1 spot at the moment mate, great story line so far.

Hide in the being built subway tunnels or literally head for the hills...they don't seem to follow you in the hills. The helicopter will fuck off after a while as well.

Can anyone help. I go to do a mission and it says "return as (insert player)" is there any way if knowing who needs to do which missions without driving all the way there then finding your the wrong character? Really starting to piss me off now.

Michaels missions are blue, Franklins green and Trevors red.

Certain characters can only buy certain businesses. Trevor the airfield Michael the golf club Franklin the taxi co etc

Turn the car's headlights off. This makes the polics less likely to find you.
 
I don't think I even went near IV. This motherfucker though... wow, my nephew bought it a week ago and he's completed it already. Took me an hour to get to and past the first repo mission. I'm amazed by the graphics, the sheer size of it and like I said to the brother in law earlier, I played vice city for years.and still haven't done everything in it! So how long could this fucker keep you going? One thing made me laugh as well, bloke just came up to me as Franklin, shoved me and then stabbed me to death
 
I got attacked by a fucking mountain lion before, then I shot it! Shared the living shit out of me. I was up a mountain sniping the police when this wild growl appeared from behind me. I turned round and it pounced at me lol! Anyone else found the lions yet?

haha they'll get ya! Haven't seen a shark yet though....haven't spent much time in the water yet in fairness.
 
Finished it few days ago but still can't put it down because there's so much to do. The Kifflom! hidden missions are absolutely brilliant with their pisstaking of scientology and Tom Cruise.
 
I've done about 10% of the missions as I've just been distracted by all the other stuff to do. Does owning businesses really make a difference? I.e. can you get an endless supply of cannabis from your shop and start selling it etc., can you buy strip clubs and bars and get perks etc. or is it just a bit of a non-entity?

That aliens thing with that joint was weird, look like real xenomorphs but sadly just didn't some silly predator shit instead of being genuinely scary aliens.

Police are so much tougher and intelligent in this game though.

If you want to get 100% completion you have to buy at least 8 businesses I believe. Buying business will give you certain advantages. I bought a helicopter pad in the city which allows me to store any helicopter I find (saves time looking for one elsewhere). If you buy the taxi place you'll prob get free taxi fares...stuff like that. You'll have to decide whether the investment is worth it.

I bought the weed store and it's given me a few extra missions...not sure what else it does. I've finished the main mission and invested all my money into stocks. Hopefully I make some big money so I can buy all the properties.
