Grenfell Tower block disaster

Ive read that there are at least 4 or 5 blocks in other London boroughs with the same cladding. However, it's not just the cladding but the way it is applied that is important.

I´m sure its much more complicated than just one problem material hence the need for an enquiry but in the meantime we have a situation that allowed a very local fire to spread extremely quickly to the rest of the vertically positioned flats.
I feel limiting any fire to its source may prove to be the way forward from a continuing risk point of view rather than guessing at how it has spread. Anything that achieves this should be legally enforced.

Let the enquiry take its time but allowing similar fire risk elsewhere is unforgivable.

I have worked in a gold command in a serious incident. They will know the current numbers of those verified as unaccounted for. The numbers may rise as more people come forward or may decrease as people are matched up. Either way a current figure will exist. Not looking for a conspiracy, just questioning the strategy of not sharing the information. Not talking bollocks either. Just a point of view from someone with some experience.
Lots of people looking for loved ones. I would expect that the number of people in hospital that are not identified yet will be known. Will somebody be saying for example that they have an unidentified young female and then cross-matching against young females that are reported lost?
Why not report something like 50 are in hospital and 5 and as yet unidentified and the 5 include 2 young females and 3 old men? (made up numbers to illustrate the point)
The tragic stories of people going from hospital to hospital searching for somebody seems like a way of keeping people hanging on with hope.

There was a statement earlier by police and fire.
Everyone in hospital is identified.

Maybe now announced, but I'm wondering about the 24-48 hours straight afterwards. That poor woman looking for her mum, sister and her husband and the three nieces. I must have seen her on the news for the last 4 days.

Tbf it's a bit like the Manchester bomb when people were appealing on tv you knew if they hadn't found them in 48 hours sadly they were gone. Obviously the authorities aren't going to confirm they are dead until they have positive proof, can you imagine if they said ye they are dead with no proof and then suddenly they turn up in a hospital.
On another note we got called to a high rise last night 9th floor of 14, arses were twitching on the way thankfully it turned out to be nothing.

Tbf you can be burnt beyond recognition so there is no point what so ever putting out any descriptions and the staff are busy trying to save their lives, there is NO conspiracy or keeping relatives in the dark

I'm talking about the people still alive in hospital but not identified, not the unidentified or unidentifiable dead.
Original question was asked of someone who's been working in this kind of tragedy.
