I'm talking about the people still alive in hospital but not identified, not the unidentified or unidentifiable dead.
Original question was asked of someone who's been working in this kind of tragedy.

So was i,if you have severe burns on your face and body you can be difficult to recognise,i don't want to elaborate any more than that

I find it strange that they haven't said how many people did get out of the tower.
It makes me think it's not that many at all. Surely they have an upto date register of how many people escaped.
