Stoke are paying for bony and gave us a 2m loan fee as well if i remember correctlySentiment aside, you cannot have a 200k a week player that never plays taking up a spot on the bench, just saying it sounds insane and the reason our Bench is so weak is we have players like Nasir, Bony, Hart, etc on 160k a week wages and they are being subsidized to go on loan, that's madness
Joe is being subsidized because pep wanted him out and because he has a long contract,we have also said that because he has been here for 10yrs we will let him go for a reduced fee in the summer

Ultimately my dream is to have the greatest period of success in world football, breaking consecutive title win records, retain th CL, win every season at Wembley in one of the cups.
That's my dream, that's what I hope we strive for.
What I feel is most important is that if Pep is truly going to revolutionise our club for the long term, that he commits to the long term and shows an indication of that by starting to ditch those who let him down on Wednesday and include those who are young and warrant a chance, not in the summer but now.
Don't put Delph on the bench, put Garcia. Don't put Navas on th bench, put Diaz. If you don't think they're good enough to stay, don't pick them now. Give someone new the chance to prove they're up to it.

Demechelis, Mangala, Otamendi and Kolarov have all played at CH since Kompany started with his injuries and none of them have been fit to lace his boots but we've persevered with them as we wait for him to get fit, if anything the club have fucked up by not doing this a damn site sooner, great player, great man but we've done ourselves no favours waiting for him to get fit without actually replacing him, so this is the best decision for all concerned.
I agrees none are fit to lace his boots.
The club have fucked up in the players they have bought big time at centre half. That is not Vk's fault but that of the managers and those above him that make the transfer calls.
We need at east 2 world class centre halves this summer...plus someone to fill he role of Capt as well a no one in the present squad (besides Zabba who probably won't be here) has the presence to do that role either
Maybe buying a centre half with the idea of making them capt could also help attract the type of player we need?
