If he joined an English club we could get some decent training compo, but it's a very small amount if he goes abroad isn't it? Apparently Burnley will only get £200,000 for Ings in compo if he goes to Sociedad and he's much better than Guidetti.

Didn't know we were in july? Them Memory Foam Mattresses...
What a bastard for diging in like he did, we loan out the Beast with a sell on clause, thus leaving us short up front, then give the lad confidence by sending him out on loan with a buy out clause for 5 mil, how unappreciative can you get..
Ings better than our John?
YHAFL..

Have you watched Guidetti lately? Don't let the late goal against Inter fool you, he's slow and laboured, like a 32 year old striker whose legs have gone. In the PL, those extra seconds between getting the ball and shooting are often not there. Ings is miles better and I don't particularly want Ings here either. Ings is simply a better player who does everything better. Guidetti has been demoted to the bench for Celtic in the SPL, just think how much space there is between that level and playing for a team that aspires to be the very best.
The Guidetti who was at Feyenoord was before that illness and the injury that followed his return. He isn't that teen prospect now, he's almost 23 and nothing special. And that is coming from a former cheerleader for him, who thought he was going to be big before said illness that put him out of the game for a year and half at a crucial stage of his development. He is simply light years from being a City standard player now. Even Stoke didn't fancy him when he was on loan there.
Go back to last summer when Pellegrini tested out the fringe players in preseason and Guidetti was the worst player in our entire squad. He was brutally bad and preseason is when the young ones are supposed to bust their arse to make an impression. He was outshone by Kelechi Iheanacho who at 17 already looked a better player. Now that's a real talent we should get our hopes up for, Guidetti's time for that has been and gone.
Scoring against that shower of shit makes him a better player? They are at the same level as the teams you mentioned. Also there is more to his game..Was JG given the chance to play against the rags..blueincy said:Kun Aguero said:blueincy said:[quote="LoveCity"]His value is 0 because his contract is up and he dug in when City and Celtic tried to do a £3m deal in January. Ings seems to have more to his game than being a poacher, it was John's first goal in something like 12 games, playing the likes of Ross County and Kilmarnock whilst Ings is scoring at the swamp.
