Right time, but he'll get as warm a send off as Ferna for me next week, win, lose or draw. He's been an excellent player for us and a top bloke off the pitch. Fingers crossed there's coaching roles for both of them whenever they do hang up the boots.

He never did get the ice cream cone inflatable treatment that that run deserved, given we were in lockdown. It was a bright point of an otherwise very dark year for me! Might be time for it next week!

Very underrated player. I think we’re a better team when he plays.

He only got plaudits from some of our own fans as well as the media last season when he scored a lot of goals, but he’s been a very good player throughout his time with us bar two returns from lengthy injuries.

He was the best player in the team in that unbelievably good 14 game winning run to win the league in 2019. Id argue he was the best player in Europe in that four months.

We're a much better attack when he plays. He's the best at those chipped balls over the top.

Feels like the right time for him to leave. Been a fantastic signing, we are getting it bang on in signing players who are not only unbelievably talented but are also decent people.

Best of luck wherever he goes (unless its against us)
