Sometimes players get reputations for being injury prone when the facts are very different, Aguero is the same he played 44 games this season and only once in his 5 seasons has he played less than 40. Yet even City fans will tell you he is injury prone.

He is :p Maybe nor as bad as Komps or Sturbridge. But he is.

Just the player we need, seriously hope we get this over the line. I'd be worried about his injury if it was linked to his previous one, but it's completely unrelated so it's just one of those things. Obviously it's not ideal, but you buy a player like this for 5 years, not for the first month of the season.

Another couple of midfielders of this quality as well needed if we're going to be competitive at the highest level, players who can pass and move with the ball under pressure and put pressure on the opposition when they have it. For too long our midfield has been made up of people who can only do one of those things

20 million is a good price. Stoke paid this for imbula, and while he's very decent, he's no gundogan.

Plus, i hear his operation was a success.
