4141 is more similar to 433 than 4231
looking at the bayern side, if Robben, Ribery, Kingsley and Douglas are the wide men and Thiago plays slightly deeper than Mueller, then it might just be another 4-2-3-1 were talking about and whilst players' positions are more dynamic than formation stereotypes, especially with Pep, you tend to see players more in certain positions than other places e.g. it's a banker that in a match you'll tend to see David Alaba plying his trade more on the left hand side of the pitch than on the right.

as pep said "formations are just numbers and mean nothing" he doesnt suit a system but makes his own tactics form where the players should be. Call it a 10-0-0

He wouldn't want to call it that, Maureen has that one trademarked.

we'd probably see Aguero play more in central defence with Silva in right back and Sagna the target man, going by the 10-0-0ish logic. Point I'm making is even though positions aren't cast in stone, every player will
usually have a heat map or areas on the
pitch where you'd more often than not see them as against the idea of everybody running everywhere. This at least gives you an idea of the formation being adopted by the manager.

that and a bad put up training schedule... its clear we dont have the right way to training. We've had injury issues for 4 years now.
Well Bayern players probably weren't listening then. Seeing as they are just as injury prone if not more so.
