well it's going to be a typical City window, sign a bunch of players, half of whom aren't fit and won't be till after the season starts meaning Pep will have a disjointed squad and god knows who will play the Playoff leg in the CL, Delph probably, we'll be out the tournament we bought half those players for before they even wear the training kit.

Tired of us buying crocks, get Kroos and be done with it.
 
not helpful this injury business, especially considering his past record. The last thing we need is to buy someone who may turn out to be injured for the majority of the first season under Pep.

He is an excellent player but we should use this to our benefit now and not pay top whack for someone recovering from injury.

Nah. This is where I sign out. Move on to someone else. Kroos, Pjanic, Isco, Xhaka and those yet to come. There are a score of equally talented or slightly less talented players who give more value coz they play mist games.

It's the reason why Otamendi is better than Kompany. And Suarez than Aguero. And Koke than Silva And Griezmann than Reus. Ad infinitum. Injury prone players are a drag. Move on.

Pour good money into great players with little history of injuries. Folks need to start viewing injury as a talent. It is. It's as important at calmness in front of goal, or timing into a tackle.

Pogba, Isco, Hector, Coric and Halilovic.
 
Now that xhaka to arsenal is done at 25 +5 add ons... Even 17m seems steep to me for a guy who will be out till October and his last year of contract
 
Madness, we shouldn't sign anyone that's injured, or recovering from a serious injury, these clubs must see us coming ffs.

Yes, too expensive. But he is fit, not like the others mentioned. If the price is nowhere near the 100 million reported, then consider him. At that price, I prefer two KDB.
 
I see there are going to be premature meltdowns galore on this forum for the next three months or so.
