No he's not as good as Haaland, but he's got a better scoring record than anyone in u23's history and the season isn't finished yet. Plus he has the physicality to hang in the PL. If Haaland's going to cost 180mil, I'd rather try Delap and use the money elsewhere.

It's 10-to-1 or worse IMO that either player is in our side within the next 5 years or so.
Our transfer policy is to look for undervalued, world class players - and never to pay top dollar.
Both Halaand and MBappe would command top price - against our overall xfer policy.
Moreover, Pep's ingenuity has created a top side in world football where a brilliant striker may not even be necessary.
