Hansen, Lawrensen and Shearer bring shame on the BBC

its more down to the fact that our mario does not fit in to what they perceive is part of their world.plus add the fact that he is playing for the italians.racist or not they have an agenda that needs to be sorted out.

Agree 100%, he doesnt fit into their one dimensional punditry. They find him threatening and in response ridicule him as they are insecure.

4 white guys picking on a black guy and calling him thick and not showing the same level of attention to antics of similar white player (Rooney) wonder what you call that Monkfish..... Wake up and smell the coffee!

So just to confirm, as Balotelli is black, and get criticised by pundits at the BBC who are white, that means they are being racist?

So what about Garth Crooks and his 'stupid Mario' comment, we ok with that as Garth is black? How about Ian Wright saying Mario reminds him of the kids during the riots last year, out of control with no respect for anything. Thats ok too?

If you seriously believe a racist crime is being commited call the police to report it, it will give them a giggle.

I think the racist card is used against the BBC because its a hugely offensive insult and a comment which will draw the most attention to the complaint.

I dont agree with the comments of the pundits but the racist card is too often thrown against people, distracting from real racism.

What is real racism ? Is it the the colour of a persons skin ? Or could it also be where they are from ? ie Italy,I did not mention the colour of any ones skin in my post.so Gareth and Ian's comments in my book still stand as a form of racism,so no,it is NOT all right.

Sorry, did you just say in direct reply to another comment that someone saying "stupid Mario" is racist ?

If so then you are deeply mistaken.

Now if that is said amongst lot's of unmerrited criticism it is still only a bias.

Now you can certainly query the reasoning behind the persons bias but unless their is intimation to that persons characteristics based on race their is no racism here.

I personally believe they are slightly racist (Hanson & Lawrenson) but in a very kind of secularist manor.
They have not said anything racist though, only personally insulting comments and what i consider very bias viewpoints that may well stem from slight racial narrow mindedness.

Ps. Two of the four have record of supporting racist behaviour of others and one has used racist terminology in his broadcasting and had to admit it.

Good point well made,on further reflection I would have to agree,so I will concede the point and agree that there does seem to be a tinge of racism rather than blatant racism.

Balotelli......Manchester city player.....check

Why the fuck does this thread read like RAWK?......

For fucks sake boys, you will be starting a petition and having a candlelight vigil next. I sent a complaint because it biased as fuck. But racist? Come on!

TCIB : IQ and related issues relating to race and intelligence are long held and referred to within the history of racists and those that are apologists for racists, hence the idea that blacks are less well evolved and closer to our ape ancestors.... This is all part of the racism the likes of Mario have to endure. In this week alone he has been called thick by at least two bbc presenters and pictured as King Kong in a national newspaper.

I'm pretty sure this is just a wind up now so not going to post much more, if any of you seriously believe that the MOTD/KKK team have been racist on live BBC TV then go to the police and report it as a crime has been commited.

You wont, because you dont. And as you kids are so fond of saying, that is all.
