Hansen, Lawrensen and Shearer bring shame on the BBC

POINT ONE - Ex-Footballers in talking-shite-shocker!

&

POINT TWO - They never erected a statue to a critic

Now will both sides of this arguement please be quiet and go to sleep otherwise I'll get your call your mums and then you'll really be for it!

If you're not bothered enough to make a complaint about what has clearly become a personal issue by so-called professionals on a national television programme against Mario Balotelli who is a Manchester City player, just straight ignore it! No need to mock City fans on a City board who are understandably digusted by the continuous bile spewed at a City player and try to discourage them from making their opinions known to whichever authorities they want.

The clear change in the attitude of Gary Linekar who made more of an effort to bring balance to the show with respect to Balotelli in the following Italy versus Spain game shows that someone deemed it necessary enough to have a word with the real idiots who parade as pundits and commentators on such a powerful opinion-influencing platform. If they're so uncomfortable with being tagged as racists, they will just concentrate on doing what their being paid to do in the first place and leave the personal nonsense out. Loving or hating someone shouldn't be a pre-requisite for doing your job well, ask Gary fucking Neville.

I'm failing to see what is wrong with that picture?

I see a young man on a Shisha pipe, is that illegal?

I see a young man drinking champers, is that illegal?

I see a young man surrounded by fairly nice looking women, is that illegal?

In fact, the only thing that does freak me out is the Freddy Mercury gay 'tache disguise that Jason Manford's wearing!

Not illegal at all, but neither is calling him a bit of an idiot for doing the above

Anyone who can read the article below and think there is nothing to be concerned about, must either really hate Mario or be Mark Lawrenson.

<a class="postlink" href="http://turnoffprejudice.wordpress.com/2012/07/10/crucifixion/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://turnoffprejudice.wordpress.com/2 ... ucifixion/</a>

No mate I neither hate him, my name is not Mark Lawrenson and neither am I a retarded idiot I just share a different opinion as I doubt the criticism is a racist slant. As for that article it portrays one side of a story and I quote:

"Match of the Day recently broadcast an interview with Balotelli where most of the press stories about him were shown to be false. Why did that not change attitudes towards him?"

The stories in question which were dispelled, were positive stories made up by the press (so its not always one-sided) such as Giving a tramp £1000, taking a lad to school after being bullied, put a £1000 in a christmas collection box, paying for everyone petrol, buying a round of drinks in a pub in Wythenshawe so I cannot work out why that would possibly change perceptions positively as suggested by the article. Furthermore the comparison to Andy Carroll, Ryan Giggs etc is pointless as stuff of a private nature will not be refferred to in the context of a football match on MOTD. The comparison is completely irrelevant. As Rooney past indiscretions with escort girls are not mentioned neither has Marios been with the same girl.
I thought the opinion of Lawrenson was wrong, but lets face it Mario does split opinions whether amongst the MOTD team or amongst City fans. To categorise someone as racist for not liking a player is wrong, particularly when no evidence supports it.

And neither is Rooney deliberatly kicking an opponent in a petulant fit of temper.

Something I don't recall Mario doing.

Have Girls Aloud split up for good?

Hang on, this racist and xenophobic team of pundits at the BBC wouldn't be the same group of ex players that have been practically drooling over Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure all season would it?

We all love Balotelli but by god how can anyone not admit that he can be frustrating at times? I said a lot worse about him after the Arsenal game that's for sure, but then he goes and produces a bit of magic and it's all good again.

Why don't people just realise that he may not be to everyone's tastes, he's hardly a saint like Aguero is he?

Complaining to the BBC? Come on..... leave that to the Liverpool fans and rise above it.
