Pep can try what he wants. He simply doesn't have the players who can be relied on to deliver the goods over 40+ games a season any more.

I wouldn’t mention Haaland in the same breath as Rodri at the moment. Rodri creates, Rodri scores, Rodri maintains control. Haaland can finish beautifully if everything else going perfectly around him and is bigger than everyone else, but has been underwhelming, inaccurate and behind the beat in way too many games for my liking.

He's not being used by the team. He probably thinks he's wasting his time 90% of every game.

It's why he won't stay long... he'll go to Real.

Which would be a shame, because I like him, but tbh I’m not sure we’ve been technically better with him than we were with a false 9, although he definitely gave us confidence on the way to the treble. Even when he gets the ball he can still be inconsistent. Missed a few sitters this season - and the one before if we’re honest.

With such a shit squad I'm amazed we've won a single game, let alone 4 in a row...

Because i just dont think we are that team anymore. I think we are a million miles from putting any sort of run together.
All the reasons have been repeated endlessly lately so i wont repeat them

The writing was on the wall last season

Lots of things trigger quite a few on here, but that doesn't make them meaningful metrics imho.

Probably more relevance in your 2nd point though :)

We also have, or had, fans who wouldn't criticise the antics of Swales, Ball, Pearce and various other numpties we've employed over the years. They are the true happy-clappies. And I'll add anyone who isn't complaining if we fail to win on Sunday.
