It’s a spring fertility festival that the Christians hijacked. It celebrates a bloke being resurrected from the dead. It’s also somehow linked to the lunar cycle, randomly.
Is a wheel spun to make it random? I think Obesity Isle set the tone, attacking protected characteristics, which woke people don't think includes religion.

Happy Easter everyone. I've spent the morning in church in South Manchester celebrating the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Eight people became members of the church today, and two others were baptised.
Yesterday I spent the day in Wythenshawe Park. I ran the Parkrun, then helped out with an Easter Egg Hunt, where we gave out 2,000 Easter Eggs to the children of Wythenshawe. It's been a busy weekend.
