I have a friend who is x CID. He said basically the same thing. Original warrant was not carried out correctly and any evidence found was therefore inadmissable. Think he said they went in earlier than allowed under the warrant but did this as thought he was disposing of evidence.

I have a vison of Arry deperately trying to shred documents before the Police arrive, but his uncontrollable twitching is hindering his efforts.
