I have a friend who is x CID. He said basically the same thing. Original warrant was not carried out correctly and any evidence found was therefore inadmissable. Think he said they went in earlier than allowed under the warrant but did this as thought he was disposing of evidence.ifiwasarichfan said:I have a friend who is a Senior Trading Standards Officer (also a Blue and the owner of an MBE). He was working on a counterfeiting case in Eastern Europe with a Copper from the Met. The Copper was involved in the Twitcher thing originally.
Only clerical cock ups by the powers that be (Tax people or Police not sure) have delayed it this long.
He's Guilty.
