His defence is that he's infantile and can't organise himself.

We want this twat in charge of the England team?

Don't send him down just take all his money off him like they do with drug smugglers.

(The money they can find anyway)

If he really is as thick as it sounds when it comes to money, it won't be too difficult.
First place to look, under the bed. Second place, in the wardrobe. Third and final place, the biscuit jar

where do you live mate

Guilty

Harry cant be guilty, he didnt even tell his accountant about his monaco account..

Oh hang on..

It seems to me (and i am no financial expert) that Arry set up a dodgy (doggy) account to deposit monies that he didnt intend on paying Tax on!
Monaco banks will not release information about Account holders or their Deposits.
Arry has been investigated for a long time before these "Allegations" were taken to a Court of Law.
I firmly believe this is just the tip of the iceburg, and Arry has been throwing money into that account for 4 years.
A few % of every deal he has been involved in.
HMRC can only prove the current case but i believe there is a lot more dealings that they cannot prove.
Anyway I hope the droopy faced Fucknugget gets some serious time for this
F*cking Arry!

Ignorance is no deffence in the eyes of the law.

TAKE HIM DOWN!

A...IS FOR APPLE. B IS FOR BENT. C IS FOR CROOK. D IS FOR DODGEY

Ha ha pmsl.

You can see what his defence is going to be next week, however with what the prosecution have come up with this week it would be a strange case if the Jury fails to convict, if so I really can't see him returning to football management.

Some may say this is a minor indiscretion (regardless of the fact that everyone knows he is as bent as a 9 bob note) but do we ordinary taxpayers get to do this, like hell we don't they take our money at source!

Hasn't he already said somewhere, maybe in a previous statement, that Mandaric was the only one with access to the account. Today it's come out he is the sole signatory and the transfer to Florida was made under his instructions.

If he gets away with this trial I'll just fucking give up on the criminal justice system, as well as thinking the jury are a bunch of complete fuckwits.

What I don't get is neither of these is short of £30k or whatever the tax bill would have been so would they really take that risk ? Was it a trial run for a later larger transaction ? Did Mandaric want to get money out of the UK to avoid tax ? Is Harry daft enough to allow Mandaric to use his account to launder money ? Surely they would have a more sophisticated way of hiding money than just naming the account after his dog.
More than £30k mate.

40% of the total payments.

And the answer is greed, you'd be amazed mate.
I have a couple of clients who are worth more than 'arry and will try and invoice me for their parking (£2) when they come for a meeting at their request.

Especially with this comment from the Monaco Bank Manager :

Redknapp opened a "non-advisory account" with HSBC in Monaco in 2002, the court heard.

John Black QC, for the prosecution, asked: "Is it necessary for the client to be present?"

Cusdin replied: "Normally, yes. The client would have to be present."

The banker added that "in this case, it is a single person on the account... one signature on the account."

Cusdin said he was responsible "for private English-speaking clientele" during his time with the bank in Monaco.

The banker, who was responsible for a team dealing with up to 700 clients, said: "I would have been part of the decision process, yes," in accepting Redknapp as an account holder.
