People who don't want him to sign seems to be the answer to that judging by the comments.
People who want him to sign seem to believe the Sun, and that does worry me.

Agreed, it will be with easy attainable bonuses much like most of the squad. Not that he would be on pennies as a basic wedge! No, not wanting to smash our wage structure that has helped make us a good business and keeps squad harmony , paying anyone more than kev is not on and against what we do , not that i believe we would anyway
As an aside, you know probably the single most reliable journalist on City matters works for the Sun?People who want him to sign seem to believe the Sun, and that does worry me.
Raz has put in the hard work and might get to kevs level this time , a new player coming in on a long contract at more than kev ? RidiculousDo you think the club haven't considered this stuff?
Anyway that reads just like the arguments against Sterling getting a bumper deal. People assume the club is run by idiots.
In any company, if the stalwart finds himself on less than the new guy then it causes huge problems.Raz has put in the hard and might get to kevs level this time , a new player coming in on a long contract at more than kev ? Ridiculous
Certainly nobody inferior, which any signing bar Messi would be.In any company, if the stalwart finds himself on less than the new guy then it causes huge problems.
Football is no different, no new player should be on more than Kev
Pros and cons to this deal.He will mate. He'd score shed loads with the assists he'd get at City. Not sure how anyone could think any different, yet, they still don't seem keen on the idea of him coming.
Guaranteed, if Harry Kane was a foreign player, playing in another top league, the very same fans would love to see him at City. It's bizarre.
Personally, I don't want City to fork out well more than he is worth, and I don't think they will, but, would I like to see Kane banging in 30+ goals a season for us? Dead right I would.
So the club haven't thought this through? Yes or no, do you think they've considered the wage structure and any issues relating to giving Kane a very large contract?Raz has put in the hard work and might get to kevs level this time , a new player coming in on a long contract at more than kev ? Ridiculous
Kev might have a parity clause. Wouldn't be surprised if he does.In any company, if the stalwart finds himself on less than the new guy then it causes huge problems.

I dont believe he is getting the money the media are going with anyhow , if the club are going to do it they are fools to break the bank on wages , it is working fineSo the club haven't thought this through?
