Harry Kane

Villa are idiots. Maybe Grealish wont go, but there is a high chance he will, so why haven't they spent the £100m up front? I know they've made a couple of signings but imo they will struggle next season without Grealish.
Yeah I'm surprised how majority are undermining this. They will feel the effects of not having Grealish. Hence you can sort of really tell from their fans being all over the place at the prospect of him leaving.

£125 + £15m in add ons. Everyone wins. City stick to their £225 spend for the window and Spurs grt their fee
Is Harry Kane not worth more than that to Spurs?

If the Grealish deal is anywhere near 100m and I have serious doubts it is, then Kane is worth far more, especially to Spurs, who without his goals are a mid table team at best.

I still think it will cost us 100m plus a player, and a good player at that.

Getting a replacement for Kane will be incredibly tough, unless Spurs can actually go and get Vlahovic who they've targeted all summer, or Danny Ings. Just depends. I think they should be going for Lautaro from Inter
The longer they haggle the narrower the buying window, for a new striker, becomes.
They need to take the offer and get on with their lives.

It depends, it's easier to negotiate with over a £100m in cash tbf. Window might be narrow, you can sort 2-3 options in a couple weeks, which I'm sure they have, narrow a deal for one and offer cash, which most clubs in this market would be willing to accept. Just depends how long they want to play the game on negotiations with Kane, I can see it dragging another couple weeks but no more than that.

I can't wait for the day Spurs come calling for one of our players. Please City, make those fuckers jump through flaming hoops! :)

That would surely be more of a pain in the arse? Which good player would agree to go there for less money and no champions league? City would be better doing £130m plus add ons to £150m and then maybe selling someone for £50-60m? Bernardo Silva maybe?

Ake for me, more than happy if he was part of the deal, especially if it means Laporte is staying.

The rumours are that Bernardo does not like the culture/weather, so can't see him wanting North London.

130m plus Ake good for everyone.

That would make the deal nearly £170 mill we wouldn’t do that ,besides we won’t let Ake go. We’ll pay 120/130 with add ons up to £150 mill.
