Also Pep has said we couldn't afford Grealish, we'd never spend £100 million on a player etc.

Pep plays the media game almost better then anyone, Pep openly admitted we are interested in Kane, Pep doesn't do the negotiating he's just said his opinion on it.

Kane will be ours by the end of the window, that's just my opinion, Spurs will cave and take our bid and we'll all move on.

This seems completely dead, he's publicly admitted our interest and thrown everything on to levy not negotiating. It's a good tactic. He also said we can't afford him without selling which one poster correctly said the other day and got slaughtered for it

It's very unusual for Pep to openly admit interest in a player. Don't know what's going to happen but you can be sure Kane is the one we're pushing for. Hopefully there won't be too many people upset when I say we're still in for him.

Pep never talks about another teams player just bats the question away. So to openly come out and say we want to sign kane speaks volumes. Looks like he has put it in kanes hands for him to play his part now
