Harry Kane

I just think this would be a terrible signing and i'll be gobsmacked it its true.

Goals yes, but not much better than serg on the injury front and at that age where there is zero resell value.
We won’t be selling him (or Haaland if we bought him) so why you worried about resale value ?

I suspect a lot of the "no's" are in relation to preferring Haaland - a category I am in. If Haaland wasn't around and at a selling club the answer would be yes - he scores a lot, and his hold up play/link up play is under appreciated IMO (far better than Aguero in that aspect for me).

My main concerns with Kane aren't his suitability or injury record, I think he's fine on those fronts, but are the price (Spurs will want something truly outrageous), and the fact that if we don't go for Haaland, then I could see him staying another year and ending up at a PL rival next year (joining Sancho at United to replace Cavani seems a not unreasonable option).

As much as I want this to happen I just don’t see Kane as the type of person to force this through like Walker did. Just seen Walker has won 10 trophies since leaving spurs....cmon Harry you know it makes sense

Dear me, imagine replacing Aguero with another striker that guarantees 20+ plus goals a season and people think it's the wrong move

I've been totally ok with Aguero leaving for a while, even arguing it is the right thing to do.

But 100m, 120m, or whatever itveould cost, to sign kane at his age, honestly, would rather keep aguero another year or even two. Then replace him properly. Kane is a short term replacement.

If Haaland signed for Madrid tomorrow, my answer would still be no on Kane.

I’m confused as to how quickly people believed the Sky report followed by how quickly some believe we are involved in any way or assume that Levy will not pull a Bartomeu and sell him low, especially to a PL team. If he goes anywhere, I would bet money on it being PSG (coach and money).
So if we had the chance to get kane you wouldn't want him,
A proven goalscorer?
30 plus goals a season on top of what we already have?
Kane has said in his statement he wants to stay in the premier league and have it sorted before the euros.
What has PSG got to do with anything!

He'll end up at the rags and his trophy haul will end up exactly where it is now, the grand total of fuck all
