I know it's media rollocks but I am more concerned about the impacts this is likely to have on the squad, rather than whether or not we sign Kane (I would prefer we didn't personally).... 'Jesus and Laporte offered as players pus deal'. We desperately need to keep Laporte (I know it appears he might want out apparently, sadly), and Jesus is the only relatively proven centre forward we have. All this coupled with the Benardo situation and Phil and KDB not being available early season does not bode well for our start.

We'll sign kane after Sunday. Expect a load of movement after the weekend.
This will play out like when we signed milner albeit we didn't play villa that weekend. He played and trained right up to him moving and I'd expect kane to do the same.
I'll be very surprised if anything of note happens before Sunday but it'll be full on after that.
I'd expect him to start for us against Norwich.
This is just my opinion by the way.

I agree I was more worried about the Grealish transfer, I think this is a done deal. :)He's practically out the door, mate. Be an ostrich if you like, but you're setting yourself up for a huge disappointment.
No way it gets done before the weekend so I’d prefer an unhappy Kane play against us than some other player buzzin to get a start first game of the season
Just out of interest, why first name terms for one but not the other ?Tbh if this isn’t done by Friday with an agreement he doesn’t play against his old club then it’s not happening. I’m losing hope. Don’t blame the club, 250m is a huge outlay, just wish we’d got Kane as we need him more than Jack. This 100m for Jack could be a danger to future transfers.
