Do you honestly believe we would’ve played a poorly as we did if we’d had a proper preseason? We created 2 clear cut chances, that’s nothing to do with not having a striker on the pitch. If we’d created plenty & they were all missed, I’d be agreeing that today’s game was compelling evidence that we need a striker. We didn’t, so it isn’t.

We'd have lost that game with Kane we were that poor.

Covid has nothing to do with it. City aren't fit because Pep decided to give our players max possible rest. Liverpool have been in a training camp and will be 2-3 weeks ahead of us but it will work out alright in the end. The players need a break
