Lads - just because a brief comes from City sources (assuming this one did), you don’t have to take it at face value as a 100% pure and honest representation of the facts.

It’s what City want to put out there - not necessarily the full and unguarded truth.

People are way too ready to accept shit they’ve read on the internet as the unimpeachable truth just because it’s on Twitter or in the papers. You need to apply some critical thinking, and consider why City would be putting this information out there.
