Tottenham had their ultimate cup final on Sunday. Normal service resumes.
With 25 years experience in Law in the UK and California I have seen lots of cases get filed/issued re verbal contracts but only those under 10k in value reach the inside of a courtroom. Everything else settled or was dropped in fairly short order. I have been involved in several 7 and 8 figure verbal contract disputes and none have got further than Discovery. You are absolutely correct but despite 30 years in business, I’ve never seen a dispute about a verbal agreement ever even reach court. I’m sure many have which I don’t know about but am doubtful that this one will.
He will lose the loyalty bonus or somethingWhy doesn’t he put a transfer request in to get the ball rolling
Firm but fair.Think it’s the nature of most forums tbh, except the one I moderate on that is , it has a zero tolerance to knobheads and people have to verify their name and address so if they get mouthy, someone goes round and smashes their faces in and sets fire to their gaff.
It's mental levy. No idea what will happen or how long it will take
Maybe he is a bit scared of tge backlash. As it stands he is a model proffesional who had a misunderstanding with his boss about when he was back off holiday. He puts a request in and the shit will hit the fan with no guarantee Levy sells him.Why doesn’t he put a transfer request in to get the ball rolling
