Harry Kane

Not Kane’s fault - he wanted to join but we wouldn’t pay the asking price. Maybe he didn’t put a transfer request in?

Not Levy’s fault - he’s got every right to demand a high price.

City’s fault? I’d say so. We must have known the price would be extortionate yet still carried on with it all right until the final week of the window. Naive is the word for it.

think of it like a car you have a 10 year old car that's been breaking down for years and you figure you will sell it next summer, so you have 12 months to figure out what to do. Would you do research and come up with a number of options, or would you hope that a car dealer will honour an agreement told to a third party while out on the piss.....IF it turns out Keane was our only considered option that's simply madness
I'll whisper this, just between me and you, top class strikers are thin on the ground, there's one at PSG that wants to go to Real, one at Dortmund who has a **** of an Agent and Harry Kane who for a variety of reasons wants to stay at the Spuds.

So can I now call him a **** without his fanboys getting upset?
Telling me to cheer up, go support someone or calling me an idiot : )
