Im not convinced Madrid do have the money,and the Bale option is probably a none starter as hes still got 12 months on his mega contract while,now approaching 32,he is also considering retirement.Say he did end up at Madrid. Again,there is also the problem of Madrid winning trophies,as they too are on a huge rebuild (which will also prioritise a record transfer for a striker)

Real Madrid will always find ways to have money and make big singings. They will always have a damn good shot at winning trophies. Particularly with Barcelona the weakest they've been in over a decade.
Bale seems happy at spurs, and may well take the wages on offer for a couple more years, and spurs get a playernas part of the sale of Kane. I honestly can see that as a possibility. Probably more so than Pochetino at Spurs convincing Kane to stay.
