Harry Kane

Fair enough. The majority see the interview as a come and get me plea to certain clubs. Everything he said will have been said for a reason, whether generic or not.

If you’re angling for a move then why seemingly rule out playing abroad if you’re actually willing to move there?

If the interview didn’t really mean much then nothing can be taken from it in terms of where his head is at and, to me anyway, that’s not true.

I agree the interview very much gives a good odea where his head is at.

What it doesn't do, for me, is assure it is a done deal behind the scenes just waiting to be announced. Which a few make out. Or that we would even pursue it let alone pull it off. Which most take from it.

Is Kane just doing a messi ?
putting pressure on the club to invest & buy some new players.

the more I look at it he’s not leaving Spurs having just signed an extension & we ain’t paying more than £100 mil.

hope we don’t spend all summer wasting time on kane

that's not what messi did.

The talk of Poch going back to spurs have perked up the spurs fans and them thinking Kane now might stay if they do get Poch! So job done spotlight of the spurs being shite and the scum losing to a championship side!!
But Poch still won nothing first time around, so with a ramshackle squad and without the funds to make massive differences, I cannot see Kane pinning his hopes on them winning anything, in the foreseeable future. His whole desire is to win trophies, so I really cannot see a new manager helping the spuds retain him willingly.

Just dont understand why players sign these long term contracts without putting an out clause in there for themselves. A change of manager can quickly change a relationship at a club and surely Kane would have been in a strong bargaining position at the time to put in a $70-80M release clause, particularly knowing what Levy would ask. I dont have much sympathy for him if he desperately wants out and is now finding Levy is a stumbling block for that
