Harry Kane

So if we don't buy a striker we won't win the league because everyone has learnt the secret way Chelsea beat City and will adopt the same tactics? OK. Fair enough.
There are no certainties, of course, but we will need something new, yes.
A striker would be an alternative to how we played last season.
Gives the opposition something new to worry about.

For me you pay £150m for Haaland and £30m to his scumbag agent yeah. 2/3 years he wants out to Madrid. We still get at least £100m + in transfer fees if I'm being conservative.
Pay £130/150m for Kane and in 3/4 years we have getting fuck all. Let's assume they are both on 300k a week

I voted no to start and to be honest I still havent changed my mind.

If anything watching at the euros has made me even more convinced he isn't suited to City.

Falls over far to easily as does Grealish.

I will admit I have only really seen him play against City and for England. So perhaps I havent seen enough of him.

But from watching him play for England I would be very nervous about City spending really big money on him. He seems slow, a big turning circle, just dont see him suiting oir style

If your worried about players not going down…. Here’s our target….3BAF446B-0DFC-414E-881E-CACBEF31A9CD.jpeg

The Haaland are rumoured to be wanting £450,000 a week.

A lot can happen in 3 years. Predicting how player A or player B will be playing then is, surely just a bit of fun and not to be taken seriously

Disagree, for a club, it's CEO, the recruitment team, and it's Coach, it is more than a bit of fun. Same for me, it is a serious consideration.

Nobody cares what that whopper thinks. Barca pay over 800k a week to Griezmann.

If Haaland doesn't want to come to city then fair enough but if it's about numbers then we can do it. 300k/400k a week is doable. Even the agent fee and transfer fee when you think we can sell him on for at least £120m in the future.

Any player is one bad tackle away from early retirement or not able to regain and maintain form (we should know)

So to say we would recoup c£100m in three years cannot be accurately predicted.
