You're right, we have two projects in Ferran and Delap as the future (could-be) strikers. I wouldn't mind them learning off someone's experience like Ronaldo. But I still stand by my point, it shows our desperation in getting a striker if we cannot get Kane. Whether it's good or bad is beyond it, Kane is still the most ideal option imo. I wouldn't be gutted if Ronaldo joined if we get a good deal out of it and he keeps up his fitness + scoring levels for 2 years, but the risks are even greater.

75 mill and add ons so in his thinking it’s not really £100 mill mate .I really wanted Kane to come but this £150 million to start talks is fantasy talk and I’d rather look elsewhere I think but it will really piss me off if we don’t strengthen the striker options because we have been short up front now for a couple of seasons and to not bring anyone in is criminal.

Ronaldo has scored 36 goals in total last season for Juventus and has played 46 games. We will be getting a player who is not injury prone at all. We can expect around 40 goals from him if he plays with grealish, KDB, sterling and so on...We cannot go wrong with him or Kane.

Grealish is a great signing and will be a success but we should have sorted the striker situation first as we could have managed without grealish for a season . Most on here will be pissed if if we don’t get centre forward and a lot will say it’s not a great window on that footing .
