Haha! Do people genuinely think he'd rock up at Newcastle? Even if there was the tiniest teeniest possibility he would cost most of their current budget of around 190m so would be a waste of time as he s not going to save them from relegation on his own.

Not how it workd though there is a pecking order to where a lot of players want to live, For many, not all, Madrid, Barcelaona, Paris, London are ahead of Manchester, and Manchester is ahead of Newcastle.Without the money even Brighton is ahead of Newcastle.Newcastle airport is only 7 miles away from the town centre. I like Newcastle and Northumberland but perceptions of players are different.

I don’t think so as they managed to entice top players last time they were near the top .Newcastle's biggest issue will be location, they will have to pay huge premiums for players to go up there and even then it will be a problem for them long term.

In fairness, most of the ffp rules are made up tosh. Each year they change to suit the red clubs so you can see why fans might not be up to date on the latest racket concocted up by the old sky 4 & Spurs ;)You follow football and don't know if there are PL, FFP rules? I was up there a good few years ago visiting friends. Got talking to a local lad. Ended up having a bet with him that he would get 50 quid if he went for a swim in the sea.
