I think if he came in January (which he won't) he would slot right in and start scoring goals given the extra impetus it would give him. I'm afraid for me though he isn't the solution. It has to be that big blonde haired beauty who I won't name for fear of cursing our chances!

I hope you are wrong and we have learnt our lesson.
I doubt any club would have the cheek to offer less wages than was agreed less than six months ago.
If anything, most players would ask for an increase if the original asking price was greatly reduced!

My take on it was more that he didn't want to leave the league rather than the country. PSG should indeed be of interest to hom if the opportunity comes. Think his contract length and price will make a move to a PL club unlikely.

I genuinely believe he just wants to win trophies, and if the City door closes because of Haaland, he'll go somewhere that guarantees them.

I was pro Kane in the summer. Still think he is a quality player who has played himself out of form (deliberately?).
However, his value has dropped significantly and his dimwitted antics and lack of cahooners in the summer makes him a big NO from me.

Possibly. I do think he has Shearer's record on mind too, and the desire to break it, in this league. Just my own opinion based on absolutely nothing.
