Harry Maguire found guilty in Greece

This is a Premier League footballer, an immensely wealthy young professional, the crime he’s (presumably) charged with is assaulting a police officer and then trying to bribe that same officer once the seriousness of the offence dawns on him. But if you read the BBC’s reporting of the event you could be forgiven for thinking he was being charged with jaywalking, FFS!
Do both the rags and the dippers have some kind of hold over the BBC or what?

Slabhead is in a great deal of trouble over this incident, and it could have serious repercussions on his career. But we’re being led to believe it was just a bit of a ‘lark with the boys‘ after a night out.

This isn’t just a case of typical double standards from the BBC, this is wanton propaganda.

Control the media and you control the thoughts of an awful lot of easily-led folk. Need some controversy? No problem, get your media lackeys to stir it up. Need summat to go away with a minimum of fuss? No bother, make sure the lackeys tone down the reporting. The National Socialist German Workers' Party would have had a great relationship with today's disgusting mainstream media. To me the BBC is nowt more than a shit-stain and national embarrassment. Never forget Jimmy Saville.

He’ll be home by sunday, with the Greeks receiving some sort of pay-off,the rags have friends in high places all over the place, they’ll call in a favour to get this overturned..
They will claim language problems pay a few quid into a community project and that will be it

BBC very polite reporting this. Image a city player, it would make front page.

English person gets in a fight pissed would be the best summary. Good job he took on those moustachioed hard cases. Ooooh Harry

This will infuriate the Glazers. You don’t have a £80,000,000 asset sat in pokey and they will be rinsed by their legal team to get him out. Then the PR cover will also cost a bit, in favours as well.

Just at a time when they are at an all-time low financially.

Luvly jubbly, as Delboy would say!
