What I seem to remember is, you telling us in January 18, that United had our pants down over Sanchez and we should try and battle with the big boys on transfers.If we buy Maguire, i can see him being absolutely torn to pieces against higher quality in the Champions league. No wumming, i am just telling it how it is.
Surely there are better options, surely?!
You also derided the management team for making serious errors in letting him go.
Now here we are 18 months later and we have a situation where the player would rather come to City, even accept a smaller pay off, than have to go to the footballers graveyard that Old Trafford has become. And again we have got it wrong, he’ll be torn to pieces. Perhaps he should go to United instead?
It seems to me that what ever Manchester City decide to do it falls under your negative stare.
