Has anybody got a great curry sauce recipe?

The best homemade curry recipe I've ever tried is by curry legend Madhur Jaffrey. Her Ultimate Curry Bible cookbook is insanely good and full of some amazing recipes. But her Kenyan Dhania Chicken Curry recipe is something else...

Avoid it if you're not a coriander lover, it's packed with it.
Cheers, I've been on the lookout for something different and I will definitely try that one. I do like coriander though.

It's not a curry, but I regularly (i.e. weekly) cook a recipe that combines chicken and A LOT of coriander. It's actually a recipe for BBQ or oven grilled chicken called Ping Gai, from Laos in SE Asia. It has a bit of heat from black pepper and chilli powder but the other ingredients are sweet and tangy - soy sauce, oyster sauce and a dash of fish sauce.

Exactly, or as my young sister would put it: "stop talking now". Takes all sorts I guess.
You should see my plane collection.
Any Spitfire's? :)

I love an old plane, the wooden ones especially, but all of them really. Nothing more satisfying in woodwork than using a great plane.

Ah, the roar of a Merlin. Sadly not, have you seen the price of Airfix kits nowadays?
Plenty of old wooden planes though including one my great uncle Fred made. Many Metal planes of all descriptions, too many to count. It's an obsession.
