It should be illegal to sell any other drink at a football match. The hospitality lunches, half-time prawn sandwiches, the after-match nibbles should be swilled down with a cup of Bovril, and out of a paper cup, too!No thanks. It’s not for me.
I’m guessing boverall is Bovril with an Adderall dissolved in it which would keep people awake for the second half in the bad old days.I was a tray boy at maine road selling pies and boverall then progresses to the scratch card thingies.
Does that count????
Why didn't you turn a blind eye like most the other stewards do ????I worked as a steward for about half a season but I kept getting into fisticuffs with the South Stand bogs smokers...the last time it happened there was about 10 people all in a scrum so I thought for their safety I should call it a day.
Can anybody say Bovril without sounding like you're a Brummie?WTF is this? Yer mean Bovril!
Worked as a steward but jacked it after 3 years the blue boxes at entrances did my head in MADNESSSaw this job (CFG, as opposed to "pure" City) but what a job it would be. Can imagine we are great employers

Not sure that’s true. I know more than one city fan who works for the club
City have approached me on several occasions but on each occasion I've turned them down.
You know the rules. My Mrs does
