Has Anyone Met A Wigan Fan?

I know two at work, one was a season ticket holder years ago, the other says he's been to a few games this season.

Only one of then went to Wembley, the other had something on.
I think both are going for the final.

I worked with a Wigan fan. He was probably the biggest nob I have met in my life. The fact that I disliked him so much had nothing to do with football.

I live nr Wigan, also not far from Chorley and have met several that supported Manure, City, Liverpool and Blackburn until 2004!

Don't know any personally but I met a damn sight more Wigan fans at the services on Saturday than when we played the rags, and that's no word of a lie.

I have absolutely no reason to doubt this. The Sky TV rags from round Manchester that I know simply will not believe that I saw not one car or coach with scum colours until well past Watford.

I work with one who's a ST holder. Weird thing is that he sits quite near the away end at the DW and has a few empty seats round him. I never have any problem picking him out when we play there.

I have, when I was at secondary school in Bury in about 1979/80. I think Wigan had just got into the league and there was this girl who supported them; mind you she was a bit weird.
