Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

Some people buy luxury cars or fancy watches. I spend my money on luxury central heating.

I can't relate to you, posh bugger with a full meter and ostentatiously boasting about putting one bar on whether you need it or not.

I'll freeze for the cause ;)

Whilst in our old terrest house, the boiler packed in early winter time and me and Mrs Onholiday decided to utilise the circa £500 repair on an all inclusive trip to Turkey (altinkham?).

We had fuck all money at the time so it was completely an either or.

We managed to survive (although we did have an electrical shower) without heated water or heating. It was miserable and fucking freezing but it worked at the time.

We found a way........

Switched on today and the bugger won’t go off. Thermostat set at 15 and programmer set to off and the bloody radiators are still red hot.
I might as well shovel a wad of cash onto the bbq. :-(
