Calm down!looked like a nilnil all match bad corner to give away last min of the game against a solid team that is very good at set pieces.learn and move on.2 or 3 players had an off day.2 or 3 arent good enough.Come jan this will be addressed.
thought the 3 brasil boys had stinkers.maybe we should be looking at more british players.dont blame hughes he had nothing to do with signing any of these.what ever happens with results hughes be given until end of the season.

British players like who?
Elano was our best player.
Agreed Hughes will be given the full season, before he's sacked, lets hope we are not relegated.

Same as totimgham, if this losing streak continues hes out, a new manager in to save us.
You cant give him to the end of the season if we are fighting a relegation battle.

true, but that has surely gotta be somehow linked to hughes tactics, the fact that about 5 of the players just boot it up field hardly comes accross that hes asking the players to play elegant flowing football does it?

they did this last year, despite sven saying repeatedly in interviews that we had to stop doing it

That's right, Sven told them repeatedly to stop it. They do it because they are of that type. There's nowt you can do with them.

Lost half of it for sure - the owners have got to make a decision and fookin soon - Spuds chose the right moment and the right man dodgy fooker that he is - do they have the bottle to do what´s right?

Elano was shite .i must of watched a different game.robinho never gave us any width, never in space to receive the ball.jo`s not ready .ireland swp zab and kompany yet again our best players.

then you've both been to the wrong game.

tbh i think that game blatantly deserved to be a 0-0 draw ... very dull

Everton carved out more chances and if anyone deserved the win it was them. Just wish we had a Cahill type that has a heart of a lion. Could never say that about our Brazil lads.

I think my boss is a total cock - but I still do my job as well as I can.
Why can't our senior players just get on with it, by not giving 100% (if that is the case) as a protest they are just shitting on us all and giving Hughes an excuse for his failings.

I didn't see anyone not trying out there for City or Hughes, Everton were just the better side, end of story.

There was no hunger... no going the christian mile for lost causes.... it was a soulless performance.

Ireland can only carry the team so far in that department.

what a load of balls,to name but a few swp kompany and zabelata all performed to there usual standard there are some in the team that will be changed come january and im sorry i cant see it being in the managers department for you!

Is someone going to bring up any evidence to suggest he has lost the dressing room?

Did you watch the game today?

I thought that too Hollywood, Everton were the better team on the day.

I agree entirely, but whats hard to stomach is I think in practically every postion we fielded more talented players..........its the will to win and the work rate where we fall down, they seemed to want it much more than us, they were quick to close us down and were winning all the lose balls. They didnt even have a striker ffs and still beat us (then again arguably neither did we)

Not sure what this means but:

Ball and Didi refused to warm up didn't they against Hull? Might be wrong about that. Memory. Jo totally ignores orders and pops out for a glass of ice water. Elano throws a hissy. Rob shows up on TV having a chat and suggesting transfers and obliquely critical of Hughes selections / team mates / attitude(s). Was that interview sanctioned? No idea. Anything else I can't remember.

When I was a ball boy I remember Vinny Jones could not find the pitch from the dressing room.

My dad had just dropped me off and told me Vinny asked him where it was, but my dad didn't have the nerve to tell him "It's the big green thing in the middle"

I should think everything is well signed in the new stadium.
