Has the BBC become a Tory tool?

Anyone who reads the thread title and thinks 'yes' either hasn't been watching, listening, or reading the BBC for at least a decade.

anyone reading that post and thinks you are correct would have to be totally unaware that senior positions at the BBC have been overrun with high paying Tory donors - former Tory councillors and candidates- former Tory press officers and someone who facilitated an £800k credit line for the former PM

Politically yes. I don't think the rebellion will be as huge as their political reporter Is making out.

Given that the Bill will pass with Labour support its a foregone conclusion......... of course tomorrow the BBC will be full of Sunak's internal party divisions and ignoring the fact that Johnson soiled himself on live TV before the Select Committee - its called the Sharp Effect

The BBC are covering all sorts - inflation going up as well, but I agree that the NI Protocol is a more important issue because it will actually see a vote today.
I think they're probably holding back pending what twaddle comes out of the committee hearing, and also there won't be an outcome on Johnson today (unless he flounces out!).

They interviewed his biographer and allowed him to spout today's hearing was a waste of time and Johnson has been punished enough. The interviewer didn't challenge it.

They did, and I don't think there is much there to be challenged - it's opinion from someone identified as a writer likely to be sympathetic to Johnson and not an expert.

There's been plenty of analysis of perceived flaws in Johnson's defence, and it's quite telling how few parliamentarians are on the BBC supporting him today. Maybe they're not allowed to, or are too busy interviewing each other on GBNews.

The BBC have just referred to it as their top story. They've not ignored it and have not been pro-Johnson.

Yes its become a tool of the tories inasmuch that they want to ruin it.

Tories have this politics of hate, they turn the country against the thing the tories hate.... Brexit, NHS, the bbc, and the sheep who believe what they're told by the media buy into it.

Things that hold the UK up in the world are slowly being ruined by the tories so they can have power unlimited... Their voters, can fuckoff afaiac, they'd eat shit for the tories.
