If someone does something mind numbingly stupid in an important game, I reserve the right to say so. I'm hoping this becomes a 'wake up and smell the coffee' moment for Balo, because the lad has immense potential. The apology was a good start, but talk is cheap. Now we need to see a change in attitude on the pitch, otherwise his days here are numbered imo.

I'm sick of this blaming balotelli for us being out if Europe. We must have some brilliant psychics if everyone knows we would have definitely scored another 2 goals with 11 on the pitch. We have played games recently with 11 men against opposition much morse than Kiev and struggled to score more than 1. Alright what he did the other night was stupid and he has admitted it and apologised, why can't we just accept that like we would with any other player?

I also don't remember him being in our defence when we let in 2 goals in the away leg.

The criticism of the lad on here and in the media is starting to get ridiculous. If Zab would have made that challenge everyone would be calling the Kiev player a diving bastard and saying Zab was unlucky.

but zabba has worked hard to get himself a good reputation with the fans and the club. If zabba had have done it i have no doubt it would have been uninentional

I was livid on Thursday night with Mario but i've calmed down now and

Spot on. Attempting to block a clearance and having the player's momentum take him into your landing zone is nothing like kicking a guy full on in the chest, then punching him.

What would you say if he played today, was tickled by Terry, lashed out and was sent off after 10 minutes, effectively killing the game today. Lets face it that could easily happen in any game he starts, he just cannot control himself and thus is worthless to us. Mancini should of known better than to waste money and time on Balo. I think we can all see he has great football skills but his temperament means he's a liability. I have also noticed 2 times when jumping over a players he has delibrately stood on them, the refs didn't clock it but i did and i didn't like it.
