I was livid on Thursday night with Mario but i've calmed down now and
am willing to forgive him.
I just hope he learns from the incident and realises his
full potential wearing the shirt of the club i love dearly.
To err is human, to forgive is divine.

i'm waiting for to see him asked to apologise
i'm waiting for to see posters here call for his head
the day i'll see all this i'll be sure there are not some brainwashed guy posting here. i'll be sure to be red carded has never happened to a City player and never more a City player will be allowed to be red carded in a game.
Err! I dont think so.

We have played games recently with 11 men against opposition much morse than Kiev and struggled to score more than 1. Alright what he did the other night was stupid and he has admitted it and apologised, why can't we just accept that like we would with any other player?
I also don't remember him being in our defence when we let in 2 goals in the away leg.
The criticism of the lad on here and in the media is starting to get ridiculous. If Zab would have made that challenge everyone would be calling the Kiev player a diving bastard and saying Zab was unlucky.

Hello Mancio, amazed to hear you defending Balo :-). I take it you don't recognise Mario's behaviour as a problem, because Mancini certainly does. Great player, but he needs to sort his on field behaviour out imo, because talent isn't enough, you need to recognise that you have responsibilities to your manager, team mates and supporters imo.

Mancio, you completely fail to understand the reaction and context, AGAIN.
Balotelli is a cowardly player, who has a history of these types of petulant incidents. If another City player, were to get sent off, in the same way, in a big game, and let the team and supporters down, then there would be a reaction on here without a doubt. The reason it has accelerated in relation to Balotelli, is because it is generally in keeping with many fans reservations with him, his personality, and a genuine and fair concern that he is no where near justifying his potential. Many of us accept, not every player has the personality or work rate of Tevez, nor do we want an entire team of De Jongs, but Balotelli has never made it clear to fans, that (a) he really wants to settle here, (there have been far too many vague but unnecessary quotes in relation to Milan and Italy) (b) that he is happy and willing to be part of a team here and (c) that he is willing to grow up, and stop selfishly putting himself in cowardly situations, especially now he has created an identity which makes him a marked man.
You have supported City 2 minutes. Don't disrespect people on here, who have been following them all their life, who spend money to travel all over Europe, by suggesting that they wouldn't be critical of any player, who disrespects the club and team. Balotelli, has received fair criticism of late, because he has taken this to an extreme level
