Mancio, you completely fail to understand the reaction and context, AGAIN.

Balotelli is a cowardly player, who has a history of these types of petulant incidents. If another City player, were to get sent off, in the same way, in a big game, and let the team and supporters down, then there would be a reaction on here without a doubt. The reason it has accelerated in relation to Balotelli, is because it is generally in keeping with many fans reservations with him, his personality, and a genuine and fair concern that he is no where near justifying his potential. Many of us accept, not every player has the personality or work rate of Tevez, nor do we want an entire team of De Jongs, but Balotelli has never made it clear to fans, that (a) he really wants to settle here, (there have been far too many vague but unnecessary quotes in relation to Milan and Italy) (b) that he is happy and willing to be part of a team here and (c) that he is willing to grow up, and stop selfishly putting himself in cowardly situations, especially now he has created an identity which makes him a marked man.

You have supported City 2 minutes. Don't disrespect people on here, who have been following them all their life, who spend money to travel all over Europe, by suggesting that they wouldn't be critical of any player, who disrespects the club and team. Balotelli, has received fair criticism of late, because he has taken this to an extreme level

what about this kind of extreme level ...

I'm not interested in the reason(s) why he plays with a chip on his shoulder. I'm a football fan. Not a counsellor. Nor am I responsible for signing him with full knowledge of this. I'm bothered about City. I'm bothered about the team. And having players here who want to be here, and aren't cowardly, and dont give a fuck about letting people down

Be honest, everybody. If Jo was responsible for the same things as Balo, there wouldn't be any of this give him time nonsense. For some people,Balo could stand in the centre circle and wipe his arse on a City shirt and still be given "one more chance" because one day,he'll be the best striker in the world. Some will say "you'll look a right twat when he scores a hat-trick against the rags". That's irrelevant really. If peter sutcliffe signed for us and scored,I'd be happy because City have scored.Doesn't stop him being what he is though.

If whoever it is has acted like a complte idiot (as Bal;otelli did), then he will get the same grief. I realise you're Italian and a big Mario fan, but there are times when you just have to realise that you can't defend the indefensible. He's already received a silly red card earlier in the season at the Hawthorns. Now if there was evidence that he had learned from that, then fair enough. But he hasn't. Even ignoring last thursday's act of stupidity, he could well (with a different ref) have walked in the cup game against Villa as well. What is it now; something like 9 (?) yellows and 2 reds in 15 games? That is ridiculous. He has to calm down, and bloody quickly. He's no use to us sitting on the stand.

Like the point you mention in relation to the transfer request, and how some people on here had double standards in relation to particular criticisms of Bellamy undermining the manager etc.
