Heroes - Bowie tribute @ Everton game

One f#cking night just to show some kind of respect for an incredible talent and nothing but miserable, parochial reasons why not.
People aren't asking for a statue - just a song at some point.

Why can't you show your respect elsewhere? Go down to Brixton if you're that desperate to show your respect to him. It's City vs Everton there's zero links to Bowie andd i don't want to see the teams come out to one of his songs instead of bluemoon. It also then leads to the question, if we do it for him, do we do it for every single musician/celebrity that dies from here on? It's like the clapping at a certain minute every week for somebody that has recently died. It's every week nowadays.

Is a song being played being desperate?
As for the rest of your inability to be objective - did you notice anything different about the news and media on Monday?
You might not have agreed, faIr enough, but why does playing a song cause you so much indignation.
