I think my all time fave, not including MCs like Roxanne, is lady of rage. She only did the one album that I knew of, but her flow was like a dudes.

Used to love all the old Hip House stuff from the late 80s..Roxanne Shante "Live on Stage " was a belter.

Great song but the intro lasts longer than the wedding scene in Deer Hunter....
