Family History, but only if you want a sedentary hobby.
The days of going into the big wide world and finding stuff has lessened now, as has scrambling around old graveyards and cemeteries.
So much stuff on the internet now.

I have just signed up for an online art course at New York’s MoMA.

I did that when I had a brief fling with retirement last year before the world wet to shit, quite enjoyed it, but very high level

For what its worth, I enjoy walking the dogs when not working, spending as much time as possible with the wife and kids and as of this year, because the kids are growing up now, getting abroad as much as we can starting with a cruise booked in February for my birthday. Lots of travel and try to live a happy, healthier life with less work and more play is my new hobby.

In between I will of course do my best to be a middle aged white man on here.

Magnet fishing in rivers and canals (though difficult to do indoors admittedly), even set yourself a target to see how many shopping trolleys, guns and knives you can catch each week, and if REALLY lucky maybe even catch some unexploded ordnance from the second word war.
