Not an easy game and we need to be on our game from the start. No sloppiness, quick tempo and don't get caught in possession like we did against Lyon.

Can possibly see Kun being on bench after Pep's comments about his fitness.

Expecting a 2-2 draw as City never play as well and/or try as hard in Europe as they do domestically, a simple fact. No worries for me as I simply want us to be Premier League champions once more. Anything else is a bonus.

I think we play better away from home in the Champions League and the players know this is a must win game. 3-0 City.

I'd love to know why people leave Walker out ?

Its not a league cup tie.

Or play Mahrez ahead of Sane so that Sterling has to play left, that's exactly why we lost to Lyon.

Sterling has played well on the left this year. Agree that Sane-left, Sterling-right is our best side, but Sterling has shown he can play both sides which is useful if we want to give Sane a rest, or switch up mid-game for variation.

I think we need to give Mahrez a fair shot, rather than shoeing Sane in as an absolute definite. Also, Sterling plays well on either side.

Yeah, I'm not saying he can't play left, but these CL games are big games for the club, and you play the best team in the biggest games. The best team for me has Sterling right, Sane left, so I'd rest Sterling on Sunday, and play Mahrez right, Sterling struggles against Liverpool anyway. Sane is our best left sided forward, and he links up with David Silva on that side far better than Sterling, so I wouldn't play Mahrez right and Sterling left.

Against Lyon the whole balance of the team was wrong, Bernardo was ineffective on the right (immediately better in the middle), Sterling was ineffective on the left, Gundogan alongside David was poor, and it caused Fernandhino problems, and that caused issues for both fullbacks. Lyon also played very well for an hour, but as soon as the change was made we improved markedly, but the change was too late.
