They want cash in to keep them solvent and will stall paying it back for as long as possible.
I wonder how it will work with restrictions being lifted in different areas of a Country? Spain as a whole has obviously been hammered by this and yet I was reading that the Spanish Mediterranean islands seem to have avoided the worst (fewer than a hundred deaths across all the Balearic islands so far as well as minimal and decreasing new cases in the past couple of weeks).
