- We went to Rotherham…
Got an email from Easyjet today admitting we are entitled to refunds and that they will be offered but slowly.
People have short memories.A cruise, blimey. I think the cruise industry will be permanently changed for the worse with this. They get illness breakouts as it is so given the current situation i can't see consumer confidence ever fully returning. If it does retrn it will be very slowly.

Once this is over, everyone will want to do all the things they used to do before this happened.

Virus going nowhere until a vaccine comes along and mass testing, this time next year if we are lucky, people thinking we are going back to normal in a few weeks or months are deluded.Just read a scientific paper that suggests the waves of this will return quickly when social distancing is relaxed. The paper suggests this is not a "maybe" but "it will" due to the ability of the virus to remain unnoticed in people with it for extended periods of time.

It’ll just come roaring back leading to another set of lock downs if they do that.
Sorry mate don’t agree, if there is no vaccine, you will have to prove you’ve had it or got antibodies before anyone lets you in.Not back to normal but I suspect borders will be open again and travel taking place by July/August.
I’m not so sure you know. I think most countries will be keen, after the twatting the economies will have had, to get the holiday season as normal as is feasibly possible. How that will be done, I have no idea, but I think it will happen.Sorry mate don’t agree, if there is no vaccine, you will have to prove you’ve had it or got antibodies before anyone lets you in.
I hope so mate I’ve got a holiday in June I’d like nothing more than going somewhere to sit in my arse doing nothing for a week, oh wait I’m doing that now :)I’m not so sure you know. can only agree mate there are no pluses only that once the peak is down the stress on the NHS will be lifted ,,we will have to carry on dodging the virus and hope we get away with it...il leave you to pop over to RAWK and let them know ;-)Virus going nowhere until a vaccine comes along and mass testing, this time next year if we are lucky, people thinking we are going back to normal in a few weeks or months are deluded.
